I hope against hope that the text says he’s a really big guy, because those would be mighty well developed tusks for a juvie shaggyderm. And where did he get those flash duds in size XXXXXL? Maybe it’s somebody’s kimono from *the future*.
It is satifying to note that man and mammoth look equally starved. Things are tough all over.
